Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 5–12 business days
International: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your order. If you provide an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we can change the address after an order has been processed.

Lost or Delayed Packages
